Now these Revlon "Color Burst" are or if not the same as Revlon's "Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains." The only difference that I can tell is with the "Matte Balm" it's matte and the color payoff is amazing! Now the "Lacquer Balm" just has more shimmer/glitter to it. They both have that mint taste/smell to them. Same packaging as the "Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains." The only real difference that I could distinguish is the packaging (matte tube for matte and chrome effect color tube for the lacquer). I purchased mine at CVS for $9.29 but I have seen them as low as $6.48 at Walmart.
Now down to the nitty gritty, would I repurchase? Yes, I am a big fan of the "Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains" as I previously stated, theres are very similar. I am an even bigger fan of the "Color Burst Matte Balm", I have purchased two and I have a feeling I may own the entire line of matte by the end of the year. I feel that the matte have more options to them. They can be worm matte of glossed up for some show stopper lips.
